Realty Restoration was formed in 2001 by David Davison, CR, CKBR, who is a proud member and the 2010 Vice President of Austin NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry).
David is a Master Electrician, Certified Remodeler, and Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler with over 30 years experience in the construction and remodeling industry. He specializes in design-build residential renovations and additions, as well as new construction.
Christopher Davison, AIA is a registered architect who joined the firm in January of 2009. Christopher facilitates the firm’s design-build strategy by attaining as-built measurements of your home, developing schematic designs to aid in preliminary pricing, and final construction drawings to complete the design of your remodel and/or new construction.
One of Realty Restoration’s most acclaimed projects to date is the renovation of a residence on Small Drive, which was completed in early 2007. This restoration was awarded best in show for the 5th Annual Austin NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes and led to Realty Restoration winning contractor of the year in 2007 for remodels between 250k – 500k.
